We will soon be conducting a joint research project "Achieving employees' better health and well-being and sustainable economic growth by increasing their empathy levels in corporate philosophy and job satisfaction".
The goal of the project is to create a platform where individuals can find a match between their own sense of values and different corporate philosophies. In doing so, we hope to make individuals feel more fulfilled by their work and, as a result, enhance their health and well-being. We are looking for collaborators who are interested in a series of mass surveys and data collection.
